We are looking forward to seeing you, the players, and some great lacrosse on Saturday, January 4th, for the 10th Annual 7s for 7 Tournament!
The success of the tournament has always been based on the volunteers that graciously give their time to this event.  This is a great opportunity for your middle-schooler or high-schooler to log some volunteer hours; we will provide a certificate for them, if needed. We need volunteers for many areas:  Set Up (January 4th), Scorekeeping and Break Down

On Friday, January 3rd, we will begin setting up the fields for the tournament. If you or a family member or friend can join us, we would welcome any and all hands!
Time:  2:00pm - completion (any time is appreciated!)
Location:  Bear Branch Park, 5205 Research Forest Dr., The Woodlands, TX

Tasks:  Unload trucks, set up nets, fill sand bags, put up field signs
Many hands make light work!

The best seat in the house to watch your team is at the Scorekeeper’s Table on the fields.  We need a volunteer from each team for each game. Any teenager or adult is welcomed.
Time: Throughout the day of January 5th
Tasks: Mark each score and turn signed score card into Field Marshall
You are able to decide the times that are right for you.  Please let the Volunteer Coordinator know. We need to ensure we have coverage for the entire day; there will be a master list.

During the afternoon of the tournament, we will begin breaking down the outer fields that are no longer in use. Immediately after the tournament, we will completely break down the fields.
Time: After tournament
Tasks: Roll nets, empty sand bags, load trucks
The more the merrier!

If you’d like to volunteer in any way, please contact me directly.
